Meeting the challenges of project management requires detailed understanding of time management, cost management, quality management, decision making, mathematics, working drawings, public safety, and human resources. Your New City project management team has access to a wealth of experience and knowledge because we have worked on projects of all sizes and complexities across the Lower Mainland. Our unique program is based on 3 phases of project management:

Pre-construction: On-site meetings to prepare budgets, internal office reviews of schedules, drawings, specifications, project cash flow and communication plan, obtaining permits, insurance, WorkSafe documents, equipment and material for the project.

Construction: Implement site mobilization & access, work plan schedule to crews, deficiency records, coordinate and supervise subcontractors/sub-trades/ labourers, and provide regular updates on work progress, project costs, cost savings, and issue resolution to our clients.

Post-construction: Site meeting follow up with owners and consultants for final project inspection, collect and organize required warranty documents. Material lists and safety data sheets will be provided to the building owners.
